GovTech software consultancy Rise8 hired us to support the development of its first product Tracer, a component monitoring system to ensure continuous compliance and accelerate software deployment. We were trusted to develop the Tracer brand, design the visual identity and write the product key messaging. We went on to produce the Tracer website, and also created several assets supporting business development and sales efforts. Later, we leveraged our UX/UI design chops and helped redesign the Tracer dashboard user interface. Additionally, we activated our analyst network to produce a report – ATO to cATO: What’s Changing For Government Agencies? – to help support a broader go-to-market strategy we designed.
