VCL was brought on to support the User Experience and Creative team by augmenting the global design group and becoming a trusted embedded partner for all things wealth product experience. The team focused on enhancing and creating net new experiences for the single stock and ETF trading experience as well as the managed investment product. This included strategizing with product and marketing leadership to bring ideas to life based on specific outcomes the team was aiming to hit. We took an experimentation approach by creating multiple versions of an experience to test and learn from customer behaviors. We also helped ideate and set the strategy for future quarters within the product team. Our creative themes in many cases was leveraged across the firm by other product teams.
